Game one highlights...by my count John accounted for 1/3 of our RBIs. Just keep setting the table for him boys! The other note worthy item is that Evers played a flawless third base. And if it had not been for the five run rule, Evers deposited what surely would have been a homer over the left fielder. With the camera crew from Comcast in attendance we took a couple of innings to distance ourselves from the "Burnies". Having witnessed only the first inning of game two, I'm told the game was suspended in the 4th inning with Blue leading 10-5.
Well folks, in my absence the proverbial quill has once again been tossed to Evers so watch your P's & Q's! While away, I hope to read that ESPN has put their appearance in at Carroll's Sports Complex. Hoping to return with Blue tied for first place with Howard Red!!!! (No Pressure)
