Twenty Six Fridays Until Championship

I have received several comments regarding previous music posts so I have decided to post a new tune each Friday until season's end. I will post from Rolling Stone Magazine's list of top 500 hits and try to choose the ones that may remind you of those halcyon days gone by. Friday 3/3/12 is the only hit from the 40s. The Top 500 contain 72 from the 50s, 204 from the 60s, 141 from the 70s, 57 from the 80s, 22 from the 90s and 3 from 2000s. As you'll notice, over half come from our era of youthful glory.
